1.
this is your monumental home lying awake I know you’re not alone hidden figures in their own small world wandering about with a well-wrought plan you seem to hide living on parallel lines are we too blind to see those parallel lives
2.
Ways 02:32
you left this straightened road now you are out on your own you can’t recall these closed doors wide apart for boundless ways the world is your oyster you wouldn’t have it any other way (but) quandaries are catching liberal minds the steps you take reflect another mistake you are paralyzed you are running dry the steps you take reflect another mistake
3.
YSM 02:50
staring at this revolver against the brightest red recalling an early paragraph this story’s over and it left no scars you shot me and I don’t regret something in me will ever rest staring at this photograph with your fake gun leveling at me you’ve tried to hide you’ve tried to never mind dastardly leaving me dead behind you’ve tried to hide you’ve tried to never mind dastardly leaving me dead behind
4.
Fading 02:53
pouring in some of the red and staring at the flickering lights I see the local boy who’s been sent away heading north said to be chasing the possible ways climbing high to fall deep down it is simple to break a man who cherishes something fading travailing in a romanticized world is this the man he’s been picturing I see the local boy who’s been sent away heading north said to be chasing the possible ways standing tall on tired, aching legs it is simple to break a man who cherishes something fading
5.
1930 they are some of the six fraternizing and tempting their fate countless hours on urban highways walking fearless, seized by a desire for warmth free 21 already in sight killing time at “mexico’s” and dwelling on thoughts where do they go still on their own? some lead some won’t follow whom do they trust in the age of the fish? they are blood brothers they are brothers bleeding
6.
Haven 03:31
I see you calculating I see you straightening pushing the “ordinary run of things” but don’t you take away my room to breathe this is a safe haven a place to revive the young and the lost don’t you see they are unfolding and reshaping off the beaten track for heaven’s sake what difference would it make? this is everything no one will change these ways this is our own world made to stay
7.
Retrospect 03:15
once again he’s been struck by it reminding him of all the things he could have done and all the places he could have seen you are still young but you feel so old you are still awake but you feel petrified don’t you retrospect cut this nervous line he struggles while his choices are close at hand embrace the man – the man of old you don’t grow when you live in the past please, would you set me free cut this nervous line accept what you can’t deny
8.
Giants 02:47
in this place far away from the darkest alleys the lights are set making visible what we're longing for we keep it simple we’re keeping close our lost souls have set their pace following another unknown path simple charm is catching my eyes and silencing the giants in my head floating on and drifting away a few hours that mean the world to us we’re hanging on nobody can take this away
9.
everyone's striving for atomic pieces that let us get the feel but you are mute and indifferent postponing with a panic inside no one seems to get to shine leaving out the good sights this is when we feel what we are this is speaking to us in a state of slowed down speed we don't need an echo all we need is a meaningful response dismiss the context and embrace the mode do you hear what I say? and can you relate? do we still compete or do we resonate? take up the dialogue
10.
preconstructed chosen words is there something that’s you? no one can see your eyes you are hiding now in disguise deconstructed cohesion there is nothing to build on we tell a different story other than what’s on our minds you keep it like a secret who you are who wants you to prove? your heart’s not wrong what’s left on the inside?
11.
Levitate 03:59
hit by your narratives i’m stuck between these lines that set my mind on fire you give me the cure you let me dream if I want to living inside an outsiders’ world you let me levitate and I never fall down i’m yearning for a place to call home following your steps into the unknown where are we now and where do we go you lead the way and let me grow
